Common question about orthodontics
What is the process ?
To start with, one of our dentists will examine all your teeth ensure they are healthy and no restorative treatment is required. We will then arrange for you to have a 3D scan of your teeth and this is then sent to Invisalign. A ‘Clincheck’ is then returned to us. A ‘Clincheck’ is a digital video that shows your current teeth and the expected outcome following Invisalign treatment.
If you are happy with the result and wish to proceed with treatment, we will order your Invisalign trays for you. This process takes approximately two to four weeks.
At what age should someone see an orthodontist
Children should have their first orthodontic check-up around age 7, but treatment can be beneficial at any age.
How long will I have braces?
Most treatments, like braces or aligners, take between 12 and 24 months, depending on the complexity of the case.
Can I choose the type of braces?
Yes, in most cases, you can choose the type of braces that best suits your needs and lifestyle. Your orthodontist will help you decide based on your dental needs, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
How do payments work?
